The Adoption Process
Proudly raising mahogany and black purebred rottweiler puppies, located outside of Whitecourt, Alberta.
A note from Brenda,
My pets mean the world to me: my dogs, cats, and horses are more than just my pets, they are my companions. We live out in the country on a farm, surrounded by other animals and they are raised with love, attention and commitment. My rottweilers have wonderful personalities, are obedient and well-trained. By the time they are ready to leave their nest, they are potty-trained and know to go outside to do their business. I work hard to raise outstanding pups and I believe that their quality is directly linked to how much love and attention they receive in their first stages of life. My goal is to raise happy and healthy rottweilers for life. All puppies are raised on a raw food diet and their tails are docked early in their life.
Each puppy comes with a care package that includes:
Veterinary health certificate
3x de-wormed
First set of shots at 8 weeks
Micro-chipped
CKC registration
DNA gene test
6 weeks of free health insurance
Puppy blanket infused with scents of the home, their parents and siblings for comfort
20 lbs raw beef dog food
1 bag of beef bones to keep their teeth healthy and strong
Lifetime support with their breeder*

* If an unfortunate and unforeseeable situation occurs where you have to re-home your rottweiler, I have a lifetime open door policy where I ask you to bring your pet back to me before you consider surrendering or re-homing your pet yourself. These rottweilers are still considered family even when they are adopted, so I want to give you comfort in knowing your rottweiler is welcome back to the farm at any time. Not only that, you truly do have lifetime support for your new rottweiler. If you have questions, concerns, or just want to update me on your pet’s life, I’m more than happy to be there to support you and your puppy in any way I can.
Please download and fill out an adoption contract below. Once that is filled out, please fill out the application questionnaire to inquire about reserving a rottweiler puppy. When you pick up your new puppy, please bring the completed adoption contract with you.
Please note that I will not sell my puppies to pet stores and refuse to sell my puppies to be used as fighting dogs. I sell my puppies with the intent that they will be with their new owners for their lifetime. I reserve my right to sell my puppies only to homes that I feel are suitable to the needs of the puppy and in the best interest of the new owner.
Thank you for your understanding and your interest in Inspired By Raw rottweilers!

How do you accept payment for your puppies?
You can email transfer your deposit to inspiredbyraw@gmail.com. The remainder is due and payable by cash when the puppy is ready for pick up at 8 weeks of age.
Can I visit the puppies before purchasing one?
Of course, you can. We want to make sure it’s the right fit for both you and puppy. Once the litter is born, we want to give mom and puppies time to bond, so we accept visitors between 4-8 weeks of age. Please give us a call to schedule a meeting.
What kind of dog food do I feed my new puppy?
When our puppies are being weaned off their mother’s milk, we raise them on raw food so it is a seamless transition. We send your new puppy home with 20 lbs of beef raw food and 1 bag of beef bones. You will be able to continue to order raw food through us, as we are a designated distributor for raw food.
When should I get my puppy spayed/neutered?
We recommend getting your puppy spayed or neutered around six months of age to prevent unwanted litters.
