Rugged Rotties - CKC Registered - Natural Bobtail Breeder
Meet Brenda,
Brenda Horvath: Rottweiler Breeder and Advocate for Natural Living
Brenda Horvath, the heart behind Rugged Rotties CKC Natural Bobtail Breeder and raw diet advocate. Brenda is a dedicated Natural Bobtail Rottweiler breeder, resides near Shining Bank, Alberta, where she raises exceptional CKC-registered Rottweilers. Currently, two of her Rottweilers carry the Natural Bobtail Gene. Brenda is originally from Montreal, Brenda’s journey has taken her across Canada and the United States, from Ontario to Montana, before settling in Northern Alberta.
Her Rottweilers thrive on a natural raw food diet, a practice Brenda passionately advocates for, ensuring the health and vitality of her dogs. Raised with love and care, her dogs enjoy the freedom to roam and explore both indoors and outdoors, fostering well-rounded temperaments ideal for families ready to welcome a new member.
Brenda’s passion for animals began during her time in Ontario, where she worked closely with wildlife rescues and managed a farm filled with a variety of animals, from raccoons to common livestock. Nursing these wildlife animals back to health and releasing them back into the wild. These experiences influenced her lifestyle, which she describes as living her dream every day.
In addition to her work with Rottweilers, Brenda raised her two children—now grown—on a foundation of outdoor adventures and a deep respect for nature and animals. Her hands-on approach, combined with her nurturing spirit, reflects in the exceptional quality of her dogs.
For families interested in a loyal, well-socialized Rottweiler or curious about the benefits of a raw food diet, Brenda Horvath is the person to reach out to. She combines decades of experience, a passion for animal welfare, and a love for the natural world in every aspect of her work.
Brenda and her son, Nathan, and daughter, Heidi.
